The Summer Skills Series at Verrado

Summer is the perfect time to take your game to the next level, and the Verrado Summer Skills Series is designed to help you do just that. Whether you are looking to hit better shots, sharpen your short game, or finally gain confidence from the bunker, our three professionally instructed clinics target the areas of the game that directly impact lower scores. Improve your fundamentals, learn effective practice drills, and build confidence with instruction focused on full swing, short game, and bunker play.

Short Game Clinic

Instruction includes: Participants will receive instruction on putting fundamentals, including proper set-up, technique, and green reading, helping golfers improve consistency, distance control, and confidence on the greens. In addition to putting, students will learn the basics of chipping and pitching, including proper technique, club selection, and shot execution to help improve scoring opportunities from around the green.

Full Swing Clinic 

Instruction includes: During the clinic, participants will learn the basics of proper set-up and swing technique for both irons and woods, including grip, posture, alignment, ball position, and key swing fundamentals that lead to better contact and improved ball flight.

In addition to instruction, golfers will receive practical tips, drills, and practice strategies designed to help you practice more efficiently and improve faster. Our goal is to help you better understand your swing while giving you the tools and confidence to continue improving on your own.

Bunker Clinic 

Instruction includes: Participants will learn the fundamentals of proper bunker shot set-up, including stance, alignment, ball position, and clubface position, along with simple swing mechanics designed to make bunker play easier and more consistent.

The clinic will also include easy-to-follow drills and practice tips to help golfers improve quickly and develop confidence around greenside bunkers.
